Otagiri Mercantile Co. (OMC Japan) music box. Very cute, featuring a girl and a mirror.
It moves in a circle while playing "It‘s a Small World" tune. A small wooden knob pulls out to play and move and can be pushed in to stop.
Great condition, except for a small crack in one of the wood legs of the mirror (please see photos for a detail). This doesnt seem to affect the functionality or stability and its barely visible.
